05 - Most basic ground unit - No additional privileges
04 - Ground unit - No additional privileges
03 - Average ground unit - No additional privileges
02 - High ground unit - No additional privileges
01 - Highest ground unit - Able to revoke citizenship on anti-citizens
OfC - Officer - Able to authorize inspection in block
EpU - Elite protection unit - Able to authorize over-watch deployment
SqL - Squad leader - Able to lead squads formed by the Divisional of select division
DvL - Divisional leader - Able to authorize judgement waiver
CmD - Commander - Able to command all units besides Sectorial.
SeC - Sectorial commander - Commands all happening inside their district
