Standard Operation Procedure
Patrol Rules
Breaking these rules will result in a blackmark or demotion!
Patrols must contain at least two or more units.
Do not split up on a patrol.
When you go on a patrol carry only what is needed for said patrol.
Patrol only your select route and do not take detours.
General rules
Do not use items not specified for your select rank.
Do not act friendly towards citizens we do not want them to like you.
Do not talk to citizens unless they are acting uncivilized.
When a citizen is resisting always attempt to bring them in and not kill.
