Why do you want to join the UUCA?:
I want to join the UUCA to broaden my role play opportunities. It'll help me invest more time in the server.
What do you think the UUCA will be like for you?
I think it'll, at least hopefully, be like most other servers I've role played on. It'll be a strict environment, providing many new ways to roleplay.
What are you expected to do in the UUCA?
Maintain sociostability by any means necessary.
How are you expected to act in the UUCA?
To a strict set of rules, keeping in line.
What is your characters background story? (2 paragraph at least.)
Gromkii grew up in eastern Europe, more specifically Novgorod, Russia. Gromkii grew up in a semi-impoverished family as an only child. He performed well in school, receiving 5s in all of his years, and went on to complete the 10th and 11th year courses with 5s as well. Gromkii applied for and attended Moscow's Military Commanders Training School in 2004 after his primary education. Gromkii was encouraged to attend by his teachers and relatives. In early February, after the incident in New Mexico, the Combine Invaded. Gromkii's education had really just begun a few days earlier. The University, and Moscow as a whole had attempted an Evacuation attempt, which ended in the slaughter of thousands by the Combine. Gromkii had managed to take refuge with others in the Metro tunnels of Moscow, emerging just hours later to discover Earth had negotiated their surrender to the Combine.
Gromkii was processed and sent to a newly established City in Russia. Soon after the establishment of the UUCA, he applied and was accepted soon after. His high marks in school were noted on his record. He was transferred around from City to City around Russia, keeping in the Sector. He kept the same rank throughout the many transfers. Gromkii was noted to also be quite skilled with a handgun during training. For many months, he would continue to be transferred from City to City while the UUCA gained it's foothold, until finally he found a permanent place under a CmD in City 18.

/me steps forward, and raises his sidearm at the man in a mask, flicking the safety off.
/me steps forward slowly, raising his voice, which is only amplified more by the Vocoder, "On the ground, now!"
/me moves behind the man, who is now lying down. He steps over the man, crouching down.
/me raises his gun above the man's head. He presses his knee onto the mans back, just between his shoulder blades.
/me removes a hand from the gun, gripping it tightly with his one hand. His now free hand grabs the mans right arm, moving it behind the man.
/me repeats the action with the mans left hand, digging his knee further into the man's back. He places the weapon in his holster, retrieving a zip-tie from his belt.
/me wraps the zip-tie around the mans wrist, making sure to secure it tightly.
/me stands up, off the man's back. He reaches down, gripping the man by his wrists and helping him raise himself.
/me removes the man's mask, clipping it to his belt. He begins to guide the man away, toward the Nexus.
/me un-clips his stunbaton from his belt with his right hand, gripping it tightly, ready to deal with the man if he should get any ideas.
